About the Role
We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire to start a permanent role at a rate of £36,000 - £39,000/annum depending on experience. The work environment includes high end commercial properties, carrying out work in and around Central London, North London and Hertfordshire. Operatives are required to meet at the office/yard each day at 5:45am to pick up materials and additional working partners if necessary and then carry out their works before arriving back at 3:30pm (one hour lunch break included). A vehicle is provided for the successful candidate. Working every other weekend is a requirement but this is in addition to your annual salary. There are also options to work additional weekends you are not rota at for at time and a half.
Requirements
Requirements;
Multi trade skills, especially within the Carpentry sector
2 year's minimum experience in building maintenance and be a proven tradesman
Full UK drivers license
Must be 25+ years old due to Company Car insurance and have a max of 3 points on your license
