About the Role
We are a looking for a Resident Liaison Officer in Loughton, Essex. £25,000 - £30,000/annum depending on experience. Duties include visiting customers in their homes to talk through the customer journey before works commence. You will be the point of contact for any aftercare issues and be responsible for logging any customer complaints and dealing with them accordingly. You will facilitate customer focus groups and workshops and undertake flexible working patterns as required to provide cover in terms of administration and cover on the phones.

Satisfactory DBS Check
Full driving licnese with access to own vehicle to travel to and from sites
Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience, previous experience in RLO/TLO role is desirable
Good knowledge of ICT systems, including software packages such as Microsoft Excel etc
A good problem solver, general maintenace knowledge, strong social skills and experience of managing customers and dealing with feedback from them over the phone, in writing & in person
