Accounts assistant Cheshunt

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in the Cheshunt area.

The Role:


· Sage 50 Cloud Accounts

· Raising sales invoices

· Input supplier invoices

· Reconcile supplier invoices to statements

· Liaising with customers, clients & suppliers

· Reconcile Credit card & petty cash transactions

· Update & maintain excel spreadsheets

· Setting up new Subcontractors/Verifying status with HMRC

· Input subcontractor invoices

· Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Well organised

· A good team player

· Previous experience in a similar position

· Knowledge of CIS & reverse charge VAT (preferable)

Experience

· Working within an administration/account’s role.

· Ability to work with high volume data input

· Ability to multitask

· Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy

· Good communications skills with customers, clients and other members of staff


Full time, permanent

£25k per annum
