Contracts Manager/Estimator

A well established maintenance company is looking for an ambitious Contracts Manager/Estimator to assist and work alongside their existing team.

You will be an energetic self starter, preferably with a trade background and experienced in maintenance of commercial property for blue chip clients within central London and surrounding areas.

You will be able to work as party of a team and on your own, have excellent time management skills, have a can do attitude and a positive approach with regards to Health and Safety.

Salary: 37-45k per annum
