Mental Health Awareness Month

May 2023 is Mental Health Awareness Month.

It serves as a platform to educate the public about mental health, including its prevalence, impact, and the importance of seeking help. By promoting awareness, it helps combat the stigma surrounding mental health conditions, encourages open discussions, and fosters a supportive environment for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

At Abbey Personnel we are strong believers in the ethos of it's ok not to be ok. Always ask if you think someone is not ok, you could alter the course of their day.

There is more help available than ever, we are proud supporters of Mind and Mental Health at work, one of the many charity's available to offer support & advice.
